Sweet Pusit Adobo
This is the favorite ulam of my kids. I always cook this for them if I get fresh squid in the market. They like to partner this with ginataang langka. I hope that you enjoy this recipe that I am sharing.

Ingredients
- 1kilo2.2 pounds small squid
- 2clovesgarlic
- 2chopped tomatoes
- 1small sibuyassliced onion
- 5dahon ng laureldried bay leaves
- 2tablespoonstoyo酱油
- 1/4cupsukang putivinegar
- 3/4cupwater
- 2tablespoonssugar
- cooking oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Heat the cooking oil.

Add the garlic, onion, and tomato. Cook it for 3 minutes.

Add water, laurel, and soy sauce. Boil

Add squid. Cook for 1 minute.

Add sugar and vinegar. Wait for it to boil.

Put salt and pepper.

Serve with rice.
