Ingredients

  • 1 1/2lbs.squashcubed
  • 18piecesstring beanscut in 2-inch pieces
  • 1pieceKnorr Pork cube
  • 3盎司porksliced into small pieces, preferably boiled
  • 4cupscoconut milk
  • 1pieceonionchopped
  • 2thumbsgingersliced into strips
  • 5clovesgarliccrushed
  • ¼teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1tablespooncooking oil
  • Fish sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
  • Once the onion softens, pour the coconut milk into the pan. Stir. Cover the pan and let the liquid boil. Once boiling, adjust the heat to medium and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  • Add Knorr Pork Cube and squash. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  • Add string beans. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Season with ground black pepper and fish sauce as needed.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with warm rice.
